Don't know which category you're in?

Healthcare Products Category 1 Members:

You are a Healthcare Products Category 1 Member if you:

  • Joined the Fund on 16 February 2010,
  • Are employed by Abbott Healthcare Products Limited (previously known as "Solvay Healthcare Limited"),
  • Were a member of the Duphar Section of the Solvay UK Defined Benefits Scheme ("the Solvay Scheme") on 15 February 2010,
  • Were in Pensionable Service in the Fund on 8 October 2010, and
  • Opted to receive a “Deferred Pension Entitlement” in the Fund in respect your membership of the Solvay Scheme.
Healthcare Products Category 2 Members:

You are a Healthcare Products Category 2 Member if you:

  • Joined the Fund on 16 February 2010,
  • Are employed by Abbott Healthcare Products Limited (previously known as "Solvay Healthcare Limited"),
  • Were a member of the Duphar Section of the Solvay UK Defined Benefits Scheme (“the Solvay Scheme”) before 15 February 2010,
  • Were in Pensionable Service in the Fund on 8 October 2010, and
  • Opted to have additional Pensionable Service in the Fund in respect of your membership of the Solvay Scheme.
